Kazuaki Hirata (平田 和明, Hirata Kazuaki) is the leader of Shinseikai and former second in command.
Appearance[]
Kazuaki has short dark hair. in the anime Kazuaki wears a green suit with the jacket worn unbuttoned over his purple collared shirt.

Background[]
After Takahito Misumi left, Kazuaki led the Shinseikai group and made Yashiro his second in command. That was Misumi’s condition for letting him take over the group.
Story[]
Kazuaki begins to enter the room before coming across Yashiro crouched down. Announcing that he has been too busy money making to come into the building and pay his respects, Kazuaki then turns his attention on Takahito Misumi's activities.

Takahito Misumi[]
The previous leader of the Matsubara who handed the title to him. Masumi describes them as lovers in the beginning but are now more like brothers.
Yashiro[]
Not exactly on friendly terms, Kazuaki is of the view that only Yashiro's financial management and sexual appetite are strong.
Etymology[]
- The name Kazuaki means "harmony, peace" (和) (kazu) and "bright" (明) (aki).
- Kazuaki's surname Hirata means "flat, broad, level, even, peaceful" (平) (hira) and "field, rice paddy" (田) (ta).
